How to Request Data Deletion
If you want to delete your data from Capital Estate PK (including data collected via our Facebook and Instagram integrations), you can request full deletion by emailing us directly at:
What happens when you request deletion?
We will completely remove all data associated with your Facebook or Instagram account from our servers within 7 days. This includes:
- Facebook Page Data: Page tokens, page names, and IDs.
- Instagram Profile Data: Business account IDs and usernames.
- Messages & Engagement: Synced comments, likes, post history, and inbox messages.
- Connected Account Info: Any associated Meta OAuth records.
Alternative: Remove Access via Facebook
Alternatively, you may disconnect the app directly from your Facebook or Instagram settings. This will immediately stop all further data collection by our ERP.
- Go to your Facebook profile's Business Integrations settings.
- Find capitalestatepk in the list of active integrations.
- Click Remove to instantly revoke our access to your account.
