Licensing Policy
Last Updated: May 18, 2026. This Agreement details user seat allocations, prohibited modifications, white-label restrictions, and SaaS ownership protections.
1. Subscription License Grant
Subject to active monthly subscription payments and compliance with these terms, CAPITALESTATEPK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable SaaS subscription license to:
- Configure and operate your designated tenant organizational workspace.
- Host inventory listings, society maps, ledgers, and property files on our cloud servers.
- Provide portal login access to your active agents, accountants, managers, and real estate buyers.
2. Prohibited Uses & Resale
Subscriptions are strictly provisioned for your organization's internal property developments. Unless explicitly authorized under an Enterprise partner contract, you shall not:
No Sub-Licensing or Reselling
You may not sublicense, lease, lease-purchase, rent, or white-label our ERP platform to subsidiary property developers or outside real estate brokers.
No Code Extraction
You are strictly prohibited from copying, adapting, compiling, modifying, or attempting to extract the underlying backend script source code of the platform.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
CAPITALESTATEPK retains all proprietary rights, titles, and interests in the software suite, dashboard design systems, server engines, database architectures, and landing page assets.
Nothing in these subscription terms transfers ownership of any software code, proprietary assets, database setups, or brand assets to the subscriber. You retain full and exclusive ownership of all developer inventories, client profiles, and installment logs hosted on your secure tenant database.
4. License Multiplexing & Seats
A monthly seat license is allocated to a single, verified user identity (e.g. unique email and login credentials).
Multiplexing—the pooling or sharing of single user seats among multiple physical users to circumvent seat-tier bounds—is strictly prohibited. Any workspace caught utilizing session pool plugins or sharing single login credentials across multiple active physical terminals will be automatically flagged for license non-compliance.
5. Usage Audits & Log Monitoring
To ensure security integrity and verify compliance with monthly seat tiers:
- Our server records diagnostic metadata, session counts, and IP geographical parameters for active connections.
- If diagnostic metrics reveal persistent licensing tier violations, the super admin panel will issue an automated warning, prompting you to purchase add-on seats to resolve the mismatch.

The SaaS subscription software and licensing assets are provided on an "as-is" basis. Under no circumstances shall CAPITALESTATEPK, its engineers, or directors, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages, loss of housing sales, ledger discrepancies, or construction delays.
It is the ultimate responsibility of your organization's administrative audit teams to verify accuracy across manual ledger entries and plot listings before completing physical transactions.
